Future-Fit Leaders

TECHNOLOGY

KNOWLEDGE

CONFIDENCE

This programme is designed based on the knowledge theory model, where participants will experience and share their knowledge learnt during the programme through the interaction of tacit and explicit knowledge.

The knowledge spiral model suggests that new knowledge is generated by converting tacit knowledge (e.g. skills, insights, and beliefs) to explicit knowledge (e.g. universal knowledge that can easily be communicated), or vice versa, or by combining both types of knowledge in different ways.

The content is science-based, the learning experience is exceptional and the leadership skills the participants develop are of practical value.
